I rode 37 miles then it literally just conked out on me, i was in the middle of newcastle, rang them for a little bit of help, was told they did not do recoveries, i called a favour of a friend got the scooter home and rang the garage again to speak to the manager of course he was not available how convenient, i was told however to just go to any garage as i had no warranty and they did not repair them anyway they just sold them, i asked who had done the checks on the scooter prior to me getting it to which they said, oh em oh we dont do that!!!!! I am in the process of claiming my money back, luckily i am covered with my bank.

Once again I have been really well looked after. The staff are friendly and approachable and always happy to help. I have always received an excellent level of service and highly recommend this establishment. Since my last purchase they have opened a new Motorbike Department, 2 Wheels North East, they have an excellent selection of very reasonably priced Scooters and Motorbikes, their impressive showroom is well worth a look!

I now have proof that this garage have been doing things they really should not have been, alot of money passing through the wrong peoples hands. selling damp caravans, unroadworthy cars,well it finally caught up with them, i knew i would see my day. Justice has been done, thank you . I knew the motorbike section would not last a year, seems i was RIGHT.
